Terms and conditions

By using 10xDebuggable you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Last updated 19 August 2026

1. The service

10xDebuggable provides practice programming challenges based on working codebases, together with human review of the solutions you submit. The service is currently in early access, offered free of charge, and may change or be withdrawn at any time.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when you register, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for everything done through your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.

3. Challenge content and licensing

The challenge projects, ticket text, hints and acceptance criteria are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may use them for your own learning, including publishing your solution in a public fork or writing about how you solved it.

You may not:

  • Republish our challenge content as your own, or as part of a competing product
  • Sell, sublicense or redistribute the challenge material
  • Publish a repository whose purpose is to give away solutions to our challenges

Where a challenge project ships with its own licence file, that licence governs the code in that project.

4. Your submissions

You keep ownership of the code you write. By submitting a solution you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to access, store and review it, and to reference it internally to improve our challenges and review process.

You confirm that what you submit is your own work, or that you have the right to submit it, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Questions and public posts

Anything you post in a ticket's questions section is public. Keep it civil and on topic. Do not post full solutions, spam, advertising, personal data belonging to other people, or anything unlawful. We may remove any post and are not obliged to keep a copy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attack, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure
  • Scrape or bulk-download challenge content
  • Create accounts automatically, or use multiple accounts to manipulate the leaderboard
  • Misrepresent someone else's work as your own
  • Use the service in a way that breaks any applicable law

Security research is welcome, but report what you find to us privately before disclosing it.

7. Reviews and XP

Review outcomes are a matter of our judgement, applied against the acceptance criteria published on each ticket. XP, levels and leaderboard positions have no monetary value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and may be recalculated if we find they were obtained in breach of these terms.

8. Third-party services

The service links to and depends on third parties, including GitHub for sign-in and repository hosting. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or content.

9. Availability and changes

We provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may add, change or remove features, including challenges you have started.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or any loss arising from your use of code, advice or feedback obtained through the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

See also our disclaimer.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
